*The PhD Seminar is only accessible for PhD students with accepted abstract for PhD seminar.
**The registration fee includes all conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the conferences, the Excursion and the Gala dinner.

Cancellation policy
Registrations can only be cancelled in writing (post, fax or e-mail). Cancellations prior to April 30th 2011 will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between May 1st and May 31st will be refunded 50%. For cancellations after June 1st the full amount will remain due. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may carry forward a colleague after written notification.
